75-Minute Corrective Exercise + Assisted Stretch Session
This foundational session is designed for clients who want to understand what is happening in their body and begin making real physical change.
Each session begins with a grounded conversation and movement assessment to identify postural patterns, muscle imbalances, areas of tension, and compensation habits. From there, Khoren combines corrective exercise, assisted stretching, breath awareness, and table-based bodywork to help the body release, reorganize, and move with more ease.
This is ideal for clients experiencing stiffness, pain, poor posture, weakness, limited mobility, or the feeling that their body is “not moving the way it used to.”

This deeper session is for clients who want more than temporary relief. It combines hands-on assisted stretching, corrective exercise, alignment work, and a customized movement plan designed to support lasting change.
Khoren begins by observing how the body moves, where it guards, and where strength or mobility is missing. The session may include table-based bodywork, assisted stretch, balance training, breathwork, corrective strength exercises, and nervous system-based movement cues.
The goal is not just to feel better for a moment. The goal is to understand what your body needs so you can continue improving between sessions.

2-Hour Corrective Exercise + Assisted Stretch + Sound Therapy Experience
This is Khorens most complete session: a full-body corrective movement and nervous system reset designed to help the client feel seen, supported, aligned, and deeply cared for.
The experience begins slowly, with time to settle, talk, breathe, and understand what the body is carrying. Khoren then guides the client through a full corrective assessment, assisted stretch, table-based bodywork, strength and alignment work, and personalized corrective exercises.
The session closes with restorative sound therapy using live Native American flute, creating space for the nervous system to soften and integrate the physical work. This final element supports relaxation, breath, emotional release, and a deeper sense of connection to the body.
This is not a rushed treatment. It is a complete physical, energetic, and corrective movement experience.
